Shipping policy

All orders received will be dispatched as soon as possible and usually by the next business day, within 24 hours, or the following Monday where orders are placed on the weekend. Orders placed on public holidays will usually be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery Charges

Australia

For orders less than $130 we charge a flat rate of $14.95 for postage and handling. Orders over $130 receive free shipping (excludes bulky items).

Express shipping is available from $19.95.

New Zealand

Shipping to New Zealand is based on weight and is calculated at checkout. NZ shipping starts at $19.95.

Orders over $130 receive free shipping (excludes bulky items).

Delivery Times

Australia

Most customers receive their order within 4 business days, but you should allow up to 6-8 business days for your goods to arrive. All delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will contact you straight away in the rare case of a delay.
